Sally Brawley

Experience: Tennis in HS, ski instructor beginning in '74 through WVC ski program by Bill Penhallegan
Personal: Husband Randy (29yrs), son Christopher (27) and daughter Shannon (24)
Other: CVB Board of Directors, Board of Directors for PSIA-NW, Professional Ski Instructors/American Association of Snowboard Instructors. Served 3-years on Applarians Board of Directors.

Trina Sanders
Position: Secretary

Occupation: Recreation Supervisor Eastmont Metropolitan Parks District
Education: HS - Sandpoint, College - U of Idaho BA in Advertising, MA in Sports & Rec. Management
Experience: Softball & Basketball in HS, club hockey and volleyball in college. While in college, organized several intramural sports leagues, continued to organize sports leagues through the local parks department in Moscow, Idaho. Now, through Eastmont Metropolitan Parks District, continues to organize sports leagues and tournaments.

Marco Azurdia

Experience: Former women’s basketball coach at WVC, was one of the original creators of the Sports Council in 1999.
Personal: Wife (Penny-34yrs), daughter (Kelsey-18) attends EHS & WVC, son (Austin-16) plays hockey in Dallas, Texas

Bruce Bennett

Occupation: Retired in '07 after working with Wenatchee Business Journal (3yrs) and owning own business (The Dollar Store)

Experience: "Statistorian" for WVC men's & women's basketball, Wenatchee HS football and official statistician for Wenatchee AppleSox since 2000

Ryan Baker

Experience:  Spokane Skyhawks, Director of Soccer Academy Camp, CWU Football team, CWU Rugby team, Snowboard Instructor, CWU Intramural/Soccer/Referee/Field coordinator, avid fisherman, rock climbing, hiking, camping and dual sporting, wakeboarding and surfing

Erik Bakke

Experience: Youth baseball, basketball & soccer coach, downhill skier, road cyclist, wakeboarding, boating & camping
Personal: 4 kids, Erik Jr., 22; Allison, 20 at UW; Marcus, 18 at WHS; & Kiersten, 16 at WHS

Dave Graybill

Occupation: Sales Representative for Columbia River Media Group, Broadcaster & Writer, known as the “Fishin Magician”

Experience: Began writing about the outdoors in the mid 70s. In 1991 he began broadcasting reports on outdoor recreation on KOZI Radio in Lake Chelan
Personal: Wife (Eileen-12yrs), daughter (Whitney-25yrs old of Seattle)

Linda Haglund
Position: Former Director, Coaches of Inspiration, Budget Committee

Occupation: Director of Sales & Marketing for the Town Toyota Center
Education: HS - Wenatchee
Experience: Served nearly 2 years as Director of the Wenatchee Valley Sports Council
Personal: Single - two grown step-sons, Patrick & Nick

Dan Kelly
Position: Budget & Scholarship Committees

Occupation: Assistant Manager/Washington Growers Clearing House
Education: HS - Burley HS, Burley, Idaho
Experience: Sports enthusiast. Downhill and cross country skiing, road and mountain biking, past soccer referee, Ridge to River participant every year except the first year.
Personal: Two Adult Children, not married
Other: Serves as a part-time ski instructor at Mission Ridge. Member of the Greater Wenatchee Regional Events Center Public Facilities Board and Ridge to River Board and is current Chair of the Wenatchee Valley Sports Foundation.

BJ Kuntz

Education: HS - Wenatchee College - Gonzaga/ City Universities BA in PE/Health, Masters in Educational Technology
Experience: WHS Hall of Fame, earned 9 varsity letters, set 30 school records, played 4-yrs volleyball at Gonzaga, all-league selection twice
Personal: Youngest of 9 brothers & sisters who all grew up in Wenatchee, has daughter Karli (10)
Other: WIAA Dist. 6 Executive Board, Club Volleyball Coach, President-Columbia Basin League

Mark Madland

Experience: Baseball, football & wrestling in HS, 4 yrs football in college and 10yrs semi-pro linebacker. Coaches youth baseball and football, skis and hunts birds

Eric Granstrom

Experience: 20-year radio career in sports, Producer Seahawks Radio Network, played college football, youth softball and adult women’s softball coach.
